It helps businesses verify their customers and employees identity in a secure and efficient manner Over this period in IDfy, lead a project solely with managing a team of 6 QAs directly reporting to me and I have been creating Test Plan and taking care of its execution. Collaboration, Risk Management, Documentation and Reporting were some of the primary day‑to‑day tasks performed with continuous improvement in mind Ensured the availability of test environments that mirror production environment and its maintenance. Oversee the test data management, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations since the service majorly related to the PII data. Also lead automation and built a custom automation framework on top of cypress & playwright toolswith many more other integrations and documentation on confluence as per the requirement of the organisation and brought all SET\'s together to discuss overall automation status & guided them with best practises Cyplay Custom Test Automation framework Cypress, Playwright, Local env build, Multi env & client handling Multi approach availability cypress only / cypress with playwright / playwright only (single config for all approaches) Testlodge, Reports on gchat (CardV2), Reports on Email (Postmark) Got to explore and automate Video Solutions products (i.e. end to end video calls), reviewed it’s testcases and created suites on testlodge to integrate them with automation reports. Optimized existing code, implemented better folder structure & seamless development of automation scripts due to which pace of automation improved and saved significant amount of time for manual QA’s Built a framework for performance & load testing as well on top of Grafana k6 tool, its been used by all pods in the organisation
