Having hands on experience in different technology nodes such as 5nm, 7nm, 14nm, 16nm, 28nm in TSMC, Samsung foundry.Hands on Experience in FinFet and FDSOI process technologyHand on experience on layout of building blocks like charge pump PLL, BGR, Oscillator, Scribe Testline, OPAMP, LDO, PDET, ATEST, frequency divider, clock tree, current mirror circuits, schmitt trigger circuits, IO layout etc.Good working knowledge on deep sub-micron Dnwell and SOI processes.Comprehensive understanding of back end flow such as floor planning, place & route, Matching, etcHand on experience with EDA tools like Cadence Virtuoso.Physical verification like DRC, LVS, ERC etc.Thorough knowledge of Digital and analog circuit design concepts. Strong fundamental knowledge of semiconductor concepts.
