My curiosity, enthusiasm and interest endorse my passion for biosolutions. The passion fuels my tank of energy for working optimally and logically towards ambitious scientific programs. As a researcher, I have developed a deep sense of responsibility to learn and implement laboratory and analytical functions for the benefit of not only the organization, but the masses. As an engineer in Biotechnology, I have experience in data documentation and analysis, presentation of accurate details, identification of useful metrics, molecular biology, cell culture, biochemistry, genetic engineering, bioinformatics and many other fields. My goal is to incorporate my current skills in innovative biology workflows and constantly expand my knowledge base in the fields of swift scientific communication, data analytics, project management, product and service understanding, as well as business intelligence and development operations whilst collaborating with niche consumers, commercial stakeholders and renowned scientists across the globe. Setting up an effective process for the scale-up, ensuring optimal functioning of cross-functional teams by reducing turnaround time for processes by over 50% and documentation effort reduction by over 75% whilst sustaining the pipeline in accordance with global compliance and stakeholder buy-ins- Supporting audit-ready documentation for the commercialization of multi-million dollar Bioscience products (produced by over 90 programs) by conducting quality checks and meditating global communication of program managers, product managers, R&D, Operations, and QA Leads. Responsible for the end-to-end maintenance, tracking, formulation of SOPs, conducting required trainings, and analytics of the Oracle\'s program and product lifecycle enterprise metrics for the support of the division\'s programs. Functioning as a consultant for Oracle Cloud\'s usage for the product commercialization process by facilitating project structure assistance and data mining upon requirement- Assisting the product management team with the antibody segment and portfolio, partaking in streamlining and conduction of the business analytics process of data for informed decision-making, leveraging the assembling of essential enterprise data, product-specific information by utilising Excel, R programming & Power BI (global dashboard launch) for day-to-day analysis, automating with Power Automate, constant ideation for the organisation\'s welfare, managing the content and release of a cadence-based newsletter for program and portfolio leads, & facilitating regular meetings and Voice of Customer (VOC) activities for internal customer allegiance.
