Manage program operations, communications, and logistics for Pact project teams and country offices implementing global health, civil society, and economic empowerment initiatives in Sierra Leone, Eswatini, Kenya, Tanzania, and Zambia.• Coordinate closeout of USAID Ready, Resourceful, Risk Aware (Triple R), a $51 million initiative that delivers HIV/AIDS prevention, early education registration, livelihoods mentorship, mental health support, maternal care, and access to gender-based violence treatment and recourse (GBV) to more than women in Eswatini. • Support implementation and closeout of USAID Data Driven Advocacy (DDA) project in Tanzania, which promotes democratic engagement, participation, and civil society growth. Assist Pact Tanzania local colleagues with coordinating with funders, reporting, and operations processes. • Support start-up and coordinate logistics for the Zambia Integrated Health Activity (ZIH), a $120 million initiative that supports prevention and treatment for HIV/AIDS and TB. • Review budgets and technical reports from the Pact Chiefs of Party and Finance Directors in Eswatini, Kenya, and Tanzania, edit them as required, and submit to USAID donors. • Ensure project information from Kenya, Tanzania, Eswatini, and Zambia is documented properly in Pact\'s databases, including Salesforce platform. • Secure training and procurement needs for global health, early education, gender equity, and economic empowerment projects in Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Mali, Eswatini, and Sierra Leone.
