Hey, I’m Sidak, a Strategic Consultant who started his journey in India’s fast-paced IT sector and is now thriving in the UK’s consulting space, delivering impactful projects in infrastructure, digital transformation, and ESG. Coming from New Delhi to Leeds was a big shift, professionally and culturally. I went from Unix Shell Scripting and CI/CD pipelines in Oracle Cloud to managing multi-stakeholder programmes and leading workshops with senior UK clients. It wasn’t always easy, there was a learning curve. But every day, I’ve been sharpening my understanding, growing my confidence, and becoming a stronger version of myself. Completed my Master’s in Management Consulting at Leeds University Business School, where I was awarded an excellence scholarship for a Business Study Tour to Switzerland, learning directly from leaders at Schindler, Bühler, and more. I was also selected as a Student Ambassador and worked on pro-bono projects supporting local SMEs post-lockdown helping them digitise and restart. Now at Amey Consulting, I am delivering across technically complex and business-critical programmes - blending project management, business analysis, and client-facing leadership. I’ve taken a feasibility study and helped scale a project into a multi-million pound public infrastructure solution. I’ve also been trusted to represent senior leads in high-stakes meetings and mentor junior consultants along the way. 🧠 I’m still learning every day.
