In-House Notification System • Developed an Event-Driven Multi-Channel Notification System to replace third-party integrations, and enabled campaigns with multi-channel delivery & fallbacks. This resulted in a significant decrease in cost from 350K to 40k. Ad-Inventory Management System • Developed an ad-inventory managing system using segment-based targeting & personalised ad ranking. This resulted in a 35% increase in ad revenue. Referral-Driven Growth Engine • Designed & developed a referral flow to drive self-sustained user acquisition by using the IVR channel leading in single user referrals to 3 new app installs. In-App Full-Text Search • Developed a full-text search API for the Application to query using text by harnessing ElasticSearch APIs & analysers with a search-to-click rate of 75%.
