Currently at Lilium eAircraft as a senior engineering lead for the Handling Qualities team as well as the Designated Certification Specialist (DCS) for Handling Qualities, liaising closely with EASA Certification Panel 1 for the Lilium prototype aircraft. Past- AgustaWestland: supported the certification of the AW609 civil tiltrotor as the handling qualities and simulation specialist. Tasks include handling qualities assessment, simulation analysis of flight conditions, simulation model validation, and realtime flight test telemetry data analysis- extensive experience in helicopter Flight Training Device (FTD) and Full Flight Simulator (FFS) physics model development and implementation- improving the math model for the V-22 Osprey training simulators, analyzing and updating control law and software architecture in collaboration with the V-22 math model review board team, which comprised of Bell, Boeing, Navair, and Air Force engineering- as part of a rotation program at Bell\'s XworX experimental engineering facility, participated in the entire engineering process for a conformal fuel tank and a nose-mounted weapons pylon system modification to the V-22, from wind tunnel testing and data analysis at the Boeing V/STOL tunnel, to design work producing and releasing engineering drawings, to on-aircraft implementation via producing aircraft mod sketches and work aids.
