Most recently, I worked at Glossier, a leading online beauty brand that empowers people to express their individuality and creativity through beauty products and content.As the VP of Technology at Glossier, I led the engineering, IT, and security teams across four continents, and owned the entire software stack that supported the online and offline operations of the company. I spearheaded important initiatives such as launching physical stores, new product launches, scaling for the holiday sales period, and re-architecting the ecommerce platform. Prior to that at Amazon, I supported the acquisition and technical integration of PillPack, a startup that provides online pharmacy services. I leveraged my skills in agile project management, software development, and process improvement to deliver high-quality and high-impact results.
