Hello, I am Sid Dwivedi, a seasoned Technology Leader with over 18 years of experience in driving business value through innovative technology practices. With a strong focus on AI, analytics, and data-driven solutions, I am dedicated to leveraging technology to revolutionize projects and applications in the healthcare and telecom sectors. I work closely with vendors( Google/ Microsoft / AWS) to implement latest technologies to solve operational problems. As a proponent of a Customer-first culture, I rely on data-driven insights to validate hypotheses and guide strategic decision-making processes. Currently, I lead the technology delivery team at the Health Data Office, where we harness the power of Data, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and cutting-edge Gen AI technologies to create products, automate processes and enhance operational efficiency, resulting in significant cost savings and revenue. I excel in translating business visions into actionable IT portfolios, crafting strategic roadmaps, and aligning priorities amidst diverse stakeholder interests. With a global perspective gained from managing consulting engagements across global territories like Ireland, Mexico, India, Canada, and Hong Kong, I have successfully led teams of different sizes in a range of organizational settings, including autonomous units, cross-disciplinary teams, and onsite-offshore collaborations. Noteworthy achievements include implementation of co-pilot bots utilizing GenAi models,process and workflow automation, creation of datamarts as well as program managing the implementation of a WorkForce Management system and utilizing my strong visualization skills in SQL and Tableau to analyze and present complex data effectively.
