I\'ve had the privilege of working with many talented individuals over the years and having the opportunity to help develop and grow their skillsets to reach their maximum potential. I have experience working with tenured and new individuals in the technology industry, developing them to be the best talent in the industry. In addition, I helped create the technical training and enablement programs that creates career paths for individuals that want to pursue a career in technology and engineering.My strengths include strong organization skills, creating actionable items that drive results, developing top tier talent, create enablement structures and material, and leadership experience through many trials. I\'ve had extensive experiencing starting up an engineering support organization twice in my current role across multiple verticals.
