She loves cats, especially her two tuxedo cats, Bradley and Sebastian. She teaches Vinyasa, Yin, Chair, and Children’s Yoga. She is currently working on her Ashtanga Yoga Teacher certification. Yoga allows Sibet to find the space between impulse and action. Her body drew her to the mat, and her mind called her to teach. Sibet began practicing yoga because she loves surprising herself with what her body can do. She started teaching yoga because it stills her obsessive thoughts, and she wants to help you find the same peace.
