Working on the development and Modelling of Advanced High Strength Dual Phase (DP) Steel for Automobile application. • Conducting Physical and Mechanical property evaluation of Cold rolled DP steel grades. • Simultaneously getting hand-on experience of Vickers Hardness Tester (ISO 6507) to perform Hardness testing and analyze structure and Carrying out Microstructural characterization using optical Microscopy (ISO 8037, ISO 10934) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)(ISO 22493) as per the ISO standard. • Assisting in correlation processing, Sample preparation, microstructure and mechanical behavior for product development studies. • Supporting experimental data analysis using different software for R&D-driven steel design and optimization. • Maintained detailed records of research prototype and test results.
