Compensation and Benefits: • Design the compensation guideline, principle and timelines in align with compensation methodology • Excellence execution of Year-end activities such as Merit Increase, Short Term Incentive & Long Term • Establish proper global communication, training documents and FAQ’s for team manager. • Partnering with in country Total Reward lead, HRBP is for setting an expectation to year-end review • Conduct and participate in surveys submission through Mercer and Tower Watson • Define salary ranges and propose them to countries, ensure the ranges are provided as input into the annual review process • Interpreting market data and performing proactive competitive analysis, compensation practices, develop salary ranges and incentive targets internal equity • Perform quality job evaluations within agreed timelines and act as a subject matter expert for all related topics • Participates in job levelling and grading of jobs using established processes. • Ensure consistency of role calibration across defined assigned area • Experience in handling for + employee’s head count • Maintain Headcount, Attrition analysis, Dashboard • Benefit Administration
