SAP Knowledge Transfer & education Services provides e-Learning media production services as one of its kind in “Content Development” which includes e-book/mediaBook production, Edu games, simulations, and flip book creation and deployment as per the requirements.• My role includes production and publishing of rapid e-Learning courses, eBooks/mediaBooks, Edugames, FlipBooks, and simulations that uses a variety of instructional media elements to enhance the course content and the employee learning experience. Involve in R&D activities for better new media production, process enhancement, and new tools implementation in these areas.• Work with instructional designers and subject matter experts to outline scope of instructional media needs for e-Learning programs.• Work with course development teams in the planning, development and completion of e-Learning courses, including the new media elements for individual program courses.• Manage and lead media designers to ensure quality and consistency of product and timely delivery of completed instructional media elements.• Monitor and understand the effectiveness and usability of instructional media elements developed. Identifying areas of weakness in instructional media or media development processes, and recommend strategies for improvement.• Cordinates between customer and various internal stakeholder on the day to production request and status of the e-Learning courseware• Understand the current e-Learning and quality assurance standards and processes and have a thorough understanding of the latest industry technology Rapid Authoring tools and trends in online training and instructional
