I help philanthropists and community partners make a real difference in the lives of families facing the most challenging times. As Senior Philanthropy Manager at The Isabel Hospice, I build and nurture relationships with individuals, corporates, and community supporters to sustain vital end-of-life care across Hertfordshire.With experience leading major gifts, corporate partnerships, volunteer programs, and community fundraising initiatives, I combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. My focus is on creating opportunities for donors to see tangible impact from their support while making the giving experience meaningful and personal.Highlights of my work include- Raising across two regions at the British Red Cross while supporting 500 volunteers- Delivering the National Lottery-funded Go Project at Age Concern Luton, supporting 300 service users and 200 volunteers-Building UK volunteer programs from scratch at ROLDA UK, enabling international collaboration- Coordinating community fundraising initiatives, including events raising over at Luton FoodbankI thrive on connecting people with causes they care about, translating generosity into measurable outcomes for the community.
