I am curious about a simple question. What helps people understand something faster and feel more confident using it? That shift in confidence is what has guided my work for more than a decade.I am a behavioral UX researcher, learning designer, and content designer focused on understanding how people think, learn, and respond to digital experiences. My work explores how attention, emotion, and context influence decision making, engagement, and performance, and how thoughtful design can support those processes rather than compete with them.In my current work designing AI driven conversational learning experiences, I collaborate with cross functional teams to define research questions, design interaction patterns, and evaluate experience quality. This has deepened my expertise in UX research, learning science, and content design, particularly in how dialogue, narrative structure, and feedback loops shape understanding and trust.I regularly use mixed methods research including interviews, behavioral observation, and experience testing to identify where users encounter friction and where clarity can be improved. I then translate those insights into content systems, learning experiences, and product frameworks that support meaningful outcomes.I also work closely with AI enabled tools and conversational systems, using them to support research synthesis, prototype interactions, and design adaptive experiences.
