I’m someone who likes to build things that actually work - teams that work well together, ways of working people can rely on, and delivery plans that hold up under pressure. I’ve spent over 14 years in programme and project roles, and I’ve learned that good outcomes usually come down to clear decisions, consistent execution, and how you show up as a leader when things get complicated.As Programme Director at THG Studios, I look after the mechanics that keep the work moving: delivery, forecasting, resourcing, client profitability, and unblocking problems before they turn into bigger ones. A big part of my role is creating clear, repeatable approaches to delivery so teams aren’t reinventing the wheel every time - taking as much uncertainty out of the process as possible so people can focus on the work itself.I enjoy finding where things are getting stuck and fixing them, whether that’s reshaping an agency workflow or bringing a complex, multi‑channel campaign back under control. I’m hands‑on, straightforward, and happiest in busy environments where clarity and pace really matter. I don’t believe everything needs a new framework or a long presentation - but I do believe that when expectations, processes, and ownership are clear, delivery becomes simpler, faster, and far less stressful.
