I love working in the charity sector and I have been lucky enough to work for the top animal charities in the UK, arguably the world which has given me a wealth of experience working in complex organisations due to the size! 🦔My passion for improving the lives of animals and people is at the heart of everything I do, I create ambitious, empowered teams capable of delivering results. I love getting out to the frontline and remaining connected to the cause. I have demonstrated experience in senior leadership across multidisciplinary areas from operations management, equine facilitated learning and change management (significant organisational redesign and new team introduction)I currently lead a mighty Resource Hub team covering essential functions in fundraising operations (Special Events, Prospect Research, Proposal Development and Capability,continuous Improvement) and provide valuable resources to High Value Fundraising teams (Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy)I was diagnosed with dyslexia as a teenager so I’m passionate about supporting neurodiversity in the workplace and making the most out of people’s super powers 🦸 I am also a mum to a teenager and always advocate for family friendly policies, support and flexibility for working parents! I want my teams to always be supported and empowered to be their best.
