My current role managing oraganisation transformation in Special Vehicle Operations predominantly covers people, culture and developing leaders.My work over the span of my career has seen me move through a variety of roles that encapsulate talent, people development and behaviour transformation with a record of deploying an array of apprenticeship programmes, training and delivery across the engineering sector. My current role allows my creative side to flourish through people engagement, events and delivery of leadership transformation.
