I currently work for a not-for-profit organisation, where I oversee service delivery for a diverse portfolio of primary and secondary healthcare products. This includes critical digital health solutions such as e-referral technology, patient prompt systems, common form integration, and inbox management tools designed to support general practice.In addition, I serve as Product Manager for the InPractice Recertification Programme, which supports doctors registered in a general scope of practice who are not in vocational training or vocationally registered. With over 2,200 active members across 37 sub-specialties, InPractice is the most diverse medical recertification programme for general scope practitioners in New Zealand. The programme ensures doctors meet regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of professional practice.
