Responsible for the operational delivery and management of ELITE’s employability contracts, for individuals with complex needs and barriers to securing paid employment. Experienced in leading on the delivery of both specialist disability and mandatory mainstream provision. Lead a team of specially trained staff to deliver outcomes within a range of Key Performance Indicators, including complex cohort conversion models, quality and compliance, payment by results. Ensure compliance with financial schedules for funders in conjunction with the Finance Team and in line with their audit requirements, including, Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), European Social Fund, Local Authority, Big Lottery and Welsh Government. Manage internal and supply chain contract delivery, and led on the pan Wales JobSense provision, including line managing the Project Manager. Responsible for ensuring ELITE participants receive a quality and person centred service, through motivating staff performance to achieve outcomes and targets.
