I am a motivated PhD-qualified professional with solid experience within the Pharmaceutical industry covering Research, Medical Affairs and Learning and Development. In September 2022, I transitioned to a global leadership role within learning and development as I am driven by a passion to develop our medical teams globally to be the best they can be. To support my own transformation within this role, I am currently training to be an ICF Accredited Professional Coach. I am experienced at developing and implementing Medical Affairs strategy and activities to support a number of assets at both an above country and an affiliate level as well as across the entire lifecycle from development, to launch, to market leadership and LOE. I have leadership experience and direct line management responsibilities.
