Currently leading the effort on design of the Smart Trailer concept at SkyBitz working with many suppliers in the industry, Bendix, Micheline, Goodyear, PSI, and others. Customer Onboarding – Organized and manage a Delivery Service Team of project managers and designed business workflow process to successfully onboard new clients; manage deployments, provide best practices consulting, system integration and field installation services. Some of the key deployments were U.S. Xpress Units), Xtra Lease Knight transport managed and completed in the last two years. Established and manage a product installation network for SkyBitz through partnerships with Velociti and other suppliers. Network has installed nearly units for SkyBitz customers in the last two years. Trailer OEM Relationship Management – successfully created relationships and implemented business process to support trailer OEMs to install and support SkyBitz solutions on new trailers.
