My experiences so far in Audibene include the following* Build the core document processing service with the help of gen AI which processes and validates 50k+ Healthcare documents each month.* Build the core classification service that handles 100k+ customer messages. This service was built with agentic capabilities. It reacts automatically to customer situations and orchestrate the perfect action for the customer while maintaining human in the loop.* Build the core summarization service for Audibene.* Prompt engineering, using methodical approaches to manage prompts, managing prompt versions, error analysis and test validation data management.* Building automated testing pipelines to improve performance and explainability of the services.* Conduct research and development of new ideas and build POCs.
