ABOUT SI-SI MCCRACKEN

I am an experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the apparel and fashion industry. I have worked for many years as a sales professional that aims for an elevated customer experience and relational clienteling. I am also skilled and passionate about store operations, process management, store and team training, and new store opening processes. Working on the retail sales side of businesses for the majority of my career, I feel there is synergy between retail operations and retail sales departments needing a deep understanding and strong communication to create successful businesses. Additionally I have experience as a human resources professional with a hand on hiring and onboarding store teams at all levels. I am looking for a role in retail operations to use my skill set and knowledge on the sales floor to help create efficient and productive store environments by streamlining processes, assisting in store design, layout, and organization, and creating close relationships with retail store teams to provide the best level of support.
