Product manager for a proptech startup based in Manchester, with operations in London and New York. I work in a small focused development team, as part of a wider product team, and closely with a UX designer, tech lead and 4-6 developers in a continuous delivery environment. I’m a product lead and enthusiast within the business. My work here has mainly been on greenfield projects and delivering foundational products in an ever changing sector and business model, these include- Responsible for the creation and launch of our first native mobile apps for for both iOS and Android. Allowing customers to receive real time updates as well as access our products and services- Responsible for the product life cycle of these apps, delivering new feature as well as overseeing a transition from web to native mobile experienceKey outcomes - 95% app download rate following application,~50% MAU for leads residents following application- Led the research, early prototyping and build of a communications platform allowing residents to communicate with various of our third party suppliers all from the Residently app- Led the research, experience and service design and build of Residently’s Saas product. Speaking to internal users, as well as early pioneering partners to bring together and grow the product - Responsible for the product life cycle of this Saas product, now 18 months in, conducting feedback sessions with partners, calculating value saving from internals teams and prioritising product and feature changesKey outcomes - Changed our operating model from service, to Saas within 12 months- Responsible for continually evaluating the product and feature roadmap, based on the ever changed business model and putting in place products and process that can be agile enough to change with this
