I am currently working for Field Sales Solutions as a Regional Sales Manager on the Ferrero account and currently manage a team of 9 RDM\'s and an SDM across central England covering the top 4 grocers.I am responsible for the ongoing coaching and development of the team, analysing complex data and giving insights and preparing presentations on performance, recognising and praising good work and driving growth through development, overachieving KPI\'s and improving process understanding, recruitment, retention, succession planning of my team and everything else associated with motivating and improving a successful, driven and ambitious group of professionals.
