I supported the Hurricane Hunters— ensuring the crews were medically ready for the mission. I led initiatives to improve medical outcomes for flyers, ensuring they had the support and resilience needed to operate in extreme conditions, and balancing that mission while also working at Amazon. That experience reinforced my ability to lead through ambiguity, manage complexity, and build systems that work under pressure and at scale.Beyond the numbers, I care deeply about leadership development.
