Created a custom flex circuit design in Altium Designer based on mechanical input, delivering a prototype critical for system testing- Coordinated with external manufacturers to review designs for manufacturability and successfully place fabrication orders- Hand-assembled and soldered surface-mount and through-hole components onto both rigid and flex PCBs for prototype evaluation- Utilized a Rigol spectrum analyzer to conduct A/B testing, comparing PCB design revisions and validating performance improvements- Developed detailed cable drawings, schematics, and interconnect diagrams in Altium to support integration across the system- Created and maintained PCOs, MCOs, and BOMs to ensure accurate documentation and revision control
