Responsible for assisting in scheduling product deliveries and ensuring communication lines are open with marketing, customers, carriers and suppliers:• Assists group with scheduling support. • Acts as back-up for the Distribution Coordinator and Scheduler • Schedules product deliveries with carriers. • Ensures all monthly contractual obligations are fulfilled. • Communicates with various carriers on product delivery. • Partners with product suppliers to avoid service disruption. • Minimizes possible pipeline disruption allocations, supplier surpluses, and shortages. • Assists customers, accounting, and the product administration groups in resolving invoicing and any other issues that may arise. • Engages with all relevant technological systems in place to provide solutions and historical analysis.
