Currently extending his creative expertise as a Creative Director, Shyan Gershon achieved the extraordinary feat of becoming the most awarded creative in Sri Lanka at the tender age of 27.Skills and promise he demonstrated as a young creative was recognized at countless award shows across the globe, eventually culminating in him being crowned in Gold for South Asia\'s Young Achiever of the Year at Agency of the Year Awards.He was ranked as the #1 Creative Director and #1 individual creative ranking in Sri Lanka by Campaign Brief Asia. He also made his mark at a number of major award shows both locally and internationally, including Spikes Asia, Adfest, One Show, ADC, D & AD, Ad stars, Effie’s, Kyoorius India, The Work, PHNX Awards, Epica, and One Show Asia.His most iconic work, ‘Aura Incense Barricade’, which offered a non-violent solution to the human-elephant conflict in Sri Lanka made headlines across the globe at major award shows. It was a masterstroke in product innovation, as he developed a simple yet an impactful solution to the problem by transforming an everyday incense stick into a powerful elephant repellant.Fuelled by his passion for innovation, he continues to be an inspiration to the youth, as he invests his imagination and efforts to develop creative work that focuses on making a positive difference in people\'s lives.
