Champion the use of all modeling/simulation approaches to assist R&D programs.Subject matter expert in simulation and materials science for R&D project teams. Responsible for developing and implementing IFF\'s Computational Materials Science strategy; including evaluating software tools, understanding research needs and areas of focus. Working with Delivery and Analytical R&D teams to provide computational support for research projects; solvent selection, emulsion stability, spectral prediction and new molecule development.Liaise with external partners (e.g. software vendors and academia) to bring new methods/technologies into R&D organization.
