I am a senior counselling/corporate psychologist at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where I partner with YourDOST - Your Emotional Wellness Coach, a leading online platform for mental health support. I provide psychological assistance to employees of various organizations, as well as covid patients at TCS\'s Mumbai and Kochi locations. I also supervise budding psychologists to improve their performance and skills. I have a decade of experience in psychology, and I am passionate about helping people cope with their emotional and mental challenges. I hold a master\'s degree in applied psychology with a specialization in clinical psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia, an advanced diploma in counselling psychology from the same university, and a diploma in leadership from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning. I am also a certified life coach, cognitive-behavioral therapist, and spirituality coach, accredited by the Complementary Therapist Accredited Association.
