With over 9 years of dedicated experience in pediatric hematology/oncology, I currently serve as a Medical Officer at the FDA in the Division of Hematologic Malignancies 2. My role as a primary clinical reviewer is to regulate and ensure the safety and efficacy of novel treatments for CLL/SLL and lymphomas through the review of clinical trial protocols, investigational new drug (IND) submissions, new drug applications (NDAs), and biologic licensing applications (BLAs). I have the privilege of working on a multidisciplinary team to expedite the development of oncologic drugs and biologics, and I represent our division’s perspectives and opinions at internal and external settings, including sponsor meetings, conferences, and workshops. I am committed to bringing a compassionate and meticulous approach to the forefront of CLL and lymphoma drug development and clinical trial innovation.
