About Shyam Sasindran
With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, I have had the privilege of working with leading organizations and contributing to their success. My career journey has been marked by significant milestones: At Sutherland Global Services, I began my career working on a CRM platform called Act! By Sage. This role allowed me to build a strong foundation in IT and customer relationship management. In 2014, I embarked on an exciting journey with Microsoft, joining as a Support Engineer for Dynamics 365 within the IGTSC Bangalore, India team. During this time, I played a pivotal role in providing top-notch support to our customers. I was honored to be part of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) team as a Support Escalation Engineer until November 2018. This experience not only expanded my technical expertise but also exposed me to diverse global challenges.On November 20th, 2018, I joined the Dynamics 365 team at Fargo, North Dakota, continuing my journey with Microsoft. Here, I started as a Support Engineer, and within a short span, my dedication and skills led to a promotion as an Escalation Engineer in February 2020.My career has been marked by continuous growth, technical excellence, and a passion for delivering exceptional support to customers. I look forward to leveraging my extensive IT experience to contribute to exciting new challenges and opportunities in the future.
