   As SVP, I presently lead operations at the global VWS L2 space and initiating the roll-out of RPA L3 support for EMEA and APAC within SLAs and budget. With the support of a team of 110 across 3 regions, I execute operations pace and playbook aimed at increasing consistent service deliveries by the vendor. Furthermore, I introduced several dashboards for day-to-day monitoring of vendor performance which resulted in the elimination of the manual KPI scorecard. I organize and conduct a highly successful Automation Workshop -2020 to map opportunities for best-in-class customer experience operational savings. In addition to this, I ensure upskilling, encourage cross-skilling and rotation across the team for building internal synergies and optimum utilization of available bandwidth of the staff members.
