International Voice – Swap deal contract management, Validation of contract data, Co-ordination with the Market managers, Account managers and Billing operations team to ensure that contract is in place and customers are getting billed as per the contract. A2P SMS – Sender Id registration and vendor rate sheet management. Vendor rate sheets are validated and need to ensure the change in rates are effective in system and customer rates are revised accordingly. Raise ticket with technical team to change the routes based on the vendor rates and quality. Cloud number – Onboarding of International Tollfree/Cloud Number customers and vendors. Configuration of cloud number routing in system. Rates updating in billing system. Weekly traffic analysis and reporting in PowerBI dashboard.
