   Sr Recruiter primarily supporting IT support service contracts to IRS clients. Some of our project technical support includes - Java, ALC, Requirements Analysis, Oracle, Informatica, ETL, DB2, Greenplum, and IRS tax processing system expertise.Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting services to include developing job descriptions and advertisement strategies, sourcing and identifying candidates and managing the recruitment process through the offer stage. Effectively communicate with operational leaders to understand the specific requirements for a variety of IT positions including Software Developers, Database Analysts, Project Managers, Business Analysts, etc. The initial point of contact with candidates to market position, determine position fit and candidate interest. Source applicants utilizing a variety of recruiting methods including, but not limited to, company resume database, internet job boards, Linked In, referral network, and job fairs. Coordinate the interview process and ensure compliance with Federal/State laws and Federal contractor specific guidelines. Coordinate and represent the company at recruiting events. Maintain accurate applicant data and documentation to ensure OFCCP audit compliance.
