Reviewing the bench candidate resumes, updating them up-to the market and giving suggestions to crack the vendor calls and technical screenings.• Arranging bench candidates list called as “HOTLIST” and sending to all preferred vendors for requesting their hot requirements.• Working directly with Tier1 venders/Implementation partner requirements • Working with prime vendors like Randstad, TEK Systems, K-Force, Insight Global LLC and other Job portals. • Explaining to the recruiters about candidates experience and made them to submit my candidates resumes to the client and following them for updates on submitted candidates.• Good experience in working with VMS portal for state of MI, AR, NC• Following the candidates to attend the interviews properly and giving suggestions to crack it.• Having good experience in getting supported documents from vendors to my candidates who are required for Amendment and H1 extensions.• Made my recruiters to work on my tier 1 vendor requirements, State of MI, AR, NC and had closures.• Working with Ceipal plugin tool in outlook for updating every submission.• Maintaining friendly rapport with the consultants and making them aware of submissions, vendor/Implementation partner’s calls and client interviews.• Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback, POs Joining and correcting clauses in MSA.• Weekly update meeting to discuss on performance and reporting to manager.
