I have more than 9.5 years of experience in AML KYC Profile and currently working as a Quality Assurance in PwC India. The role of QA is to review New Client Adoption, Periodic, Event Driven Review files and share the feedback to Quality Control and Analyst (checker and maker) so that they can amend the files as per policy. Quality Assurance also plays an important role to improve the qualities of the files and for that we used to conduct training on the topic where the maker and checker are lagging.
