I currently serve as the CBSE Coordinator at Treamis International School, leading a team of 30+ mentors and overseeing the education of 500+ students. With expertise in the CBSE program, I have successfully integrated best practices from international curricula to enhance the learning experience. My CAT1 & CAT2 training enables me to drive academic excellence through innovative and collaborative teaching methods.In addition to coordinating the CBSE program, I mentor new teachers, manage classroom behavior, and oversee extracurricular programs, creating a well-rounded and engaging environment for students. I work closely with parents to increase involvement, attend conferences to stay updated on trends, and support school initiatives that foster student and teacher growth.I actively improve student achievement through continuous assessment, data analysis, and targeted instructional strategies. I organize field trips to link classroom content to real-world applications, assist with admissions, and represent the school at expos and public events.Furthermore, I liaise between faculty, staff, and administrators to ensure smooth delivery of educational programs. I focus on promoting student success in project-based learning and support staff recruitment efforts to ensure high-quality program delivery. I also coordinate department teams to integrate new educational initiatives effectively.
