As the primary driver for recruiting Data Engineers, Business Analysts and BI Engineers for a org, I developed the plan to scale the recruiting pipeline, including prioritization of requisitions, standardizing the screening process and assessments, running virtual hiring events, and reporting in leadership meetings. • As the owner of Operational Excellence reporting for the team, I compiled and presented weekly data on recruiting pipeline SLAs and candidate feedback to leadership. I also conducted deep dive sessions with team members and provided guidance on how to meet our SLAs and improve candidate experience. • Virtual Hiring Event Management and Training: I created and shared templates and guidelines for scheduling and effectively managing hiring events with recruiting team members. • Mentored new team members on the entire recruiting lifecycle - business intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, candidate prep, assessments, interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding. • Conducted workshop for hiring managers and recruiters on using LinkedIn Recruiter and Diversity and Inclusive Hiring.
