Mace is currently driving a landmark international project in the Delhi NCR region under my leadership, leveraging FIDIC Contracts (Red and White Book) and advanced Top-Down Construction methodologies. With over 13 years of expertise, my focus lies in contract administration, design execution, value engineering, and claims management. My role involves ensuring compliance, minimizing disputes, and preparing key submissions such as EoTs and cost claims. Previous contributions include supporting high-profile clients like Google and Brookfield Properties, where I enabled seamless project design, planning, and procurement processes.
