A career span of 19 years of which almost a decade has been in the corporate sector,prior to this I was serving in the Indian Air Force. My corporate experience has been of business development and partner/key account management.I have been associated with German IT organization – SAP India & SAP Labs India Pvt Ltd. I am working with partners/key accounts across the India markets and my list of competencies include Partner Program management, channel relationship management, Channel partner development, global stakeholder coordination and liaison, partner negotiations, reviews and trouble-shooting, stakeholder and team alignment. I am known for developing joint sustainable growth and expansion plans, forming strategic partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives in partner organizations. My Indian Air Force tenure culminated with rank of Squadron Leader, and over the years I managed various projects, teams of varying sizes, vendors/suppliers, logistics and operations of stores, equipment and other high-value assets for Leh, Kargil & Siachin Glacier sectors. I was also involved in delivering professional seminars, workshops and conferences.
