About Shweta Batheja
I have always been interested in the intersection between user research, design, and development. My experience as a former UX researcher, which was centered around the principles of human centered design driving the product objective, has helped shape my approach to product management. Currently, I lead cross-functional teams at Deloitte through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to successful market launch. My responsibilities have included leading daily standups, collaborating with UX to develop a roadmap, translating requirements into user stories, managing sprint estimation sessions, etc. As a Product manager, I work closely with UX and development teams to distill user insights and stakeholder feedback into the product roadmap, establish OKRs/ KPIs, and align on a clear project vision. I have gained technical acumen that has allowed me to provide timely insight on how data limitations and complexities need to inform design decisions in order to help bridge the gap between design and development. In addition to my project responsibilities, I\'m passionate about nurturing talent and have onboarded and mentored numerous team members. I\'m particularly proud of spearheading a firm-wide initiative at Deloitte to promote awareness of our studio capabilities and elevate the craft of product management through immersive project simulations.
