Senior Executive – Key ResponsibilitiesClient Handling & Relationship Management: Responsible for end-to-end account management for key clients including Yazaki India, Ericsson India, Yaskawa India, Escorts Kubota, and others. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, issue resolution, and repeat business. Liaise with clients to ensure smooth coordination for container movements, documentation, and customs processes.Logistics Operations: Oversee container movement (inbound and outbound) ensuring timely dispatch, delivery, and tracking. Manage Bonded, Inbond/Exbond cargo processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations. Coordinate DO (Delivery Order) issuance and documentation for seamless cargo release. Supervise all CFS (Container Freight Station) operations in collaboration with shipping lines and transporters.Revenue Collection & Commercial Activities: Responsible for DO and CFS charges collection, ensuring timely payments and reconciliation. Foster and maintain strong working relationships with shipping lines, CFS operators, and transport partners to optimize service levels and cost efficiency.Cross-functional Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, transporters, and external stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency. Regularly monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
