I am working with HPE as Talent Management Specialist currently where I am responsible for managing end to end recruitment cycle, act at POC for my team and also responsible for providing support into campus drives. In my past I have worked as an Associate Recruiter, Job Concierge Representative, and as a Sourcing specialist which combines broad experience of ATS handling, resume screening, Client relationship management, interviewing candidates, Job Offers, On-boarding, HR database management. I have about 2 years of experience of HUMAN RESOURCE(HR) management and end to end recruitment. From business-aligned which included understanding position requirement, placing right candidate in right position results in unprecedented performance and client satisfaction. I have have a very in-depth knowledge in sourcing, recruiting and placed highly qualified candidates including but not limited to advanced online candidate sourcing and recruiting techniques and strategies including Boolean search, talent mining and screening afterwards.
