I learn a lot of new things everyday that relates with my professional as well as personal front. I believe that success is not a short term process instead it takes long time to reach at you. Understanding the complexity of any work and then working upon it leads to get the desired result and that is how you tend to deliver the exact result to your client. I have been dealing extensively in matters connected with transaction advisory, corporate law, mergers & acquisition, company restructuring and setting up of a foreign subsidiary etc. I am also part of the corporate team of the firm which deals with Corporate-Commercial Law, Corporate Advisory, Incorporation of companies and all the secretarial matters of the company, Corporate Restructuring, Foreign Direct Investment. I have been assisting in providing end to end solution from building up strategy, structuring transaction, getting required approvals, permits and licenses from various regulatory bodies and complying with regular compliance.
