ABOUT SHWETA KUMAR DEVGAN

An \'enabler\'- As a legal educationalist to students when it comes to cracking competitive exams and more so currently as a team leader. My present role entails honing my skills pertaining to management, process building, problem solving, negotiation, goal setting and tracking, multi-tasking and bringing results. Being a mother adds to the learning curve for all of the above. With 10 years of experience in Education Management Industry I have grown as an educator and a content creator. My career highlight has been being a part of several student\'s professional journeys aiding them in reaching conclusive goals of studying in top law schools in India and cracking competitive exams such as UPSC, Judiciary, UGC Net, IBPS etc. I am passionate towards building systems which aid in self learning and personal development. I am an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana High Court. My educational background includes a B.A.LLB (Hons.) from N.L.S.I.U Bangalore along with an L.L.M I am also a certified Arbitrator, having been certified by the Centre for Online Resolution of Disputes as a part of their Arbitrator Training and Workshop conducted in association with Ministry of Commerce (Union of India) Chair, National Law School of India University. My active interests lie in efficaciously contributing towards the legal education industry, thereby leading towards a change in standard teaching methodology, access and outreach of quality content to law students, apart from dispute resolution, academic research and writing, volunteering, developing a close connect with nature and adventure! I like to trek, read, spend time with family and work on building an orchard on the sidelines of professional development. Oh! Living in the hills, I am an an ardent fan of remote working :)
