ABOUT SHWETA KAPKOTI

A passionate and energetic individual with 8+ years of work experience in Public Service and Government sector with a focus on Research, Innovation, Industrialization, and Product development. Experience in end-to-end Project life cycle and Management. Presently working for Public Service (Innovations) industry at Accenture Innovation Hub in Pune, which works side-by-side with its clients to leverage digital and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Advanced Analytics, Security and Internet of Things (IoT) to create innovative business solutions. Previously was part of Accenture Citizen Services (Project Breeze), serving the California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA). DCA administers 3.6 million licenses in 250 license types including certificates, registrations, and permits, from architects to accountants, dentists to veterinarians. DCA acts both as a regulator and an educator, investigating consumer complaints on issues under its jurisdiction and educates consumers by giving them the information they need to avoid being victimized by unscrupulous or unqualified people who promote deceptive or unsafe services. B.Tech Graduate from Galgotias College of Engineering & Technology – Greater Noida, India with major in Information Technology. Strong business acumen and technical expertise coupled with strong analytical skills, quantitative aptitude, and problem-solving ability. Ability to provide superior quality work products and multitasking. Prior to joining Accenture, worked as a Microsoft Student Partner with Microsoft, developing Windows phone applications using Microsoft Silverlight.
